Evidence-based approaches that help you understand thoughts, regulate emotions, and build practical coping skills you can actually use.
Because your mind, you body, and your spirit are not separate.
Healing isn’t just about managing symptoms. It’s about understanding what’s underneath them.
At Aurora, we take a trauma-informed, whole-person approach to care. We look at the full picture, including your experiences, patterns, relationships, and how your body responds to all of it. What you’ve been through doesn’t just affect how you think. It can shape how you feel, react, connect with others, and move through the world.
Our work focuses on root causes, not just surface-level behaviors. We integrate evidence-based clinical care with approaches that support emotional and nervous system regulation, always grounded in safety, structure, and respect.
This is not about quick fixes. It’s about creating real, lasting change in a way that feels sustainable, supportive, and deeply human.
A structured, clinician-led space to process, connect, and build insight alongside other women. Because healing doesn’t happen in isolation.

Designed for women who are looking for a balance between traditional clinical care and more holistic support. We guide you through an approach that brings both together, helping you better understand your care while feeling supported in a connected, group environment.
Focused on understanding the attachments and patterns that can keep women stuck, even when they no longer serve them. This work helps uncover why those patterns feel safe in the moment and how to begin shifting them in a more sustainable way.
You’ve probably been thinking about getting help for a while now. Maybe you’ve been telling yourself you should be able to handle this on your own, or that your struggles aren’t “bad enough” to warrant treatment. We hear this from almost every woman who walks through our doors—and we can tell you that reaching out is not a sign of weakness. It’s the first step toward becoming yourself again.

During your initial assessment, we'll discuss your current symptoms, daily responsibilities, treatment history, and personal goals. Together, we'll determine whether the Full Day, Morning Half-Day, or Afternoon Half-Day program best fits your needs. Many women start with more intensive support and transition to half-day programming as they progress.
Many women come to Aurora after other programs didn't create lasting change. Often, the issue isn't that treatment doesn't work—it's that the approach wasn't right. Our personalized, whole-person model addresses what's underneath your symptoms rather than just managing them on the surface. If you've felt unseen or unheard in treatment before, this experience will feel different.
Yes. Our half-day programs are specifically designed for women who need to maintain work, childcare, or other responsibilities. Many women in our Morning and Afternoon programs continue working throughout treatment. We'll help you find a schedule that supports both your healing and your real-world obligations.
Yes. Co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges often go hand in hand, and we treat them together rather than separately. Our integrated approach addresses both issues simultaneously because you can't fully heal one while ignoring the other.
Healing doesn't stop at discharge, and neither does our support. We help you build a sustainable plan for ongoing wellness and maintain connection with the Aurora community. You won't be dropped into the world without support—we stay with you as you transition back into daily life.
No. While we certainly support women in acute distress, our programs also serve those dealing with persistent struggles that haven't reached crisis level. If anxiety, depression, burnout, or other challenges are affecting your quality of life, you deserve support—you don't need to wait until things get worse.
